Goatlings has updated a lot and is still strangely active... also the goat name market has gone wayyyyyy up with just the concept of getting to name your goat something selling for millions at times. Also they do a lot of member created stuff and art, so if you're an artist you might like it.

OHMY I was wondering why there was black line sometimes, and when I realized what it was covering, it made me so happy. It's so rare to see people thinking of phobia. Even if I'm not concerned by that one, I really have to thank you for that cause it warmed my heart.

I'm also a 2014 goatlings member and I have a bunch of goatlings named after food and some I even made into OCs... but goatlings cant keep my attention past "I'll drop in once a month to see if there is anything new going on" but its true. i love to show off my goats.

have you heard of lioden or flight riding? they're both like goatlings, neopets, etc,, but you can actually do things

Ey Moon, you should totally check out Mweor if you havent already, it's basically a cat version of Goatlings, but theres a little more stuff ;)

this sounds very similar to a site called subeta, i *love* subeta. the pets are kind of like pokemon(made up creatures loosely based on animals) its a lot more pet centered and you basically make ocs with them and the best ones get a spotlight on the news page. the money system sounds the same except anything with value is pretty expensive if you arent rich.

I joined I've been playing, got into many bidding wars, and have just been enjoying the site!

Marapets is still pretty popular, and has different pets, names of pets are very valuable, an economy, battling, stats, 'magic rocks' (boosters or crystals/diamonds) to give stats, options to get more pet slots, lots of gambling games and other games, a referral shop, the loading time has been increased many times recently so works very fast, clothing (a lot), 'appearance dolls' (costumes), retired items become worth more so better to hoard, bank interest, and seems very similar to goatlings (and every other pet site I've played, which are a lot). I occasionally spend a lot of time on it, lose interest for a bit, come back, and have been doing that since 2012. I lost interest in the other pet sites, and the social aspect of Marapets is likely why I've stuck to it. Will check out goatlings anyway, though! :)

I used to be obsessed with something like goatlings but I quit when they fixed a really broken mechanic that let me get like, 20,000 currency a day. When I went back to it I found out they closed down the game, probably from inactivity. I forget what it was called...Galactic something... To fill the void, I go on Subeta sometimes.
