Here's a tip: never deep-fry an entire chicken breast and expect it to be completely cooked without it being dry. Always cut it in half, in strips, or beat it until it is thin enough to be cooked all the way through.

Omg...it's raw from inside...when you are coating chicken with already fried potatoes obviously it will burn quickly even in low flame and chicken piece that too so big will not get enough time to cook and will remain raw from inside..

Exactly..the chicken would definitely be raw/uncooked inside and whatever this guy is having in the video could be some other fried chicken to fool people. If you look at it, he is coating the marinated thick chicken pieces with something as thin and fine as lays chips. The moment you put it into the hot oil, the coating will burn right away and the chicken won’t even get cooked properly inside.
