@@Basic40 Yes...the popular initiative is for the electorate and the elected go the parliamentary way in order to avoid abuse as seen in this case. The parliamentary initiative is held to a higher threshold than the popular initiative and that's why you see the President avoided that channel and is now accused of abusing the process. He didn't expect anyone to call him out....he thought and still thinks he can circumvent the law to change what in the constitution he doesn't like. I hope our judiciary protects our constitution from thugs like him.

This guy has not made any submission that can dissuade judged with facts, there is no law that defines who Wanjiku is. Even Uhuru Kenyatta can be Wanjiku as long as he does not use state power.
