What bothered me most about the debate was that one of the monitors asks T if he will accept the result of this upcoming coming election and then she said, yes or no. The first thing out of his mouth was "we'll have to see if there is any fraud". What?? She asked for a yes or no. And he goes on with the same song and dance that he's been crying about all this time . That there was "cheating" and he believes it was stolen. Except the truth is he knows it wasn't stolen. But repeating it for almost 4 years has brain washed his followers and himself into believing the biggest lie of all. 👍👍

As a non American may I say that this gentleman is outstanding. He explains the finer points of US history and politics that I don't know. Lawrence talked about the Smoot Hawley Tariff Act of 1930, and how it turned the 1929 crash into a full blown depression. And Trump, or rather his coterie of advisors are proposing a re run of Smoot Hawley on steroids. The abolition of income tax, and jacking up tariffs on virtually all imports. That isn't economic illiteracy. That's economic insanity. A plan cooked up by inmates of an insane asylum. Why aren't the Democrats going on the attack ? Why aren't they broadcasting this to American voters ? Trump and his people aren't exactly secretive about their plans. If these Trumpian proposals are carried through, the US economy will crash. The 2/3rds that didn't watch the debate, definitely watched after they heard about how crazy it was.

I truly appreciate your efforts to enlighten and inform people of what is at stake here and explain the significance, or lack there of, a debate actually has on those voting. The number of people who actually saw the debate, regular people, not the main stream media heads makes a clear difference as to the impact it had on us voting in November as well. Also, I studied Speech Pathology and Audiology and Biden's speech impediment is what everyone keeps forgetting about. That he has struggled with this his entire life. A stutterer worsens when under stress, when he messes up it worsens, he becomes flustered, he's fully aware of the stakes, and his brain is trying to reset. Whereas in a scripted speech, with a teleprompter, or reading, or reciting a poem, even singing - a stutterer is more fluent, words are predictable and has a rhythm he can follow. Biden is not in cognitive decline like Trump. He has 45+ yrs of experience, understands policies and foreign affairs and the economy unlike Trump who is running to avoid prison and to enrich himself. He does not care about ordinary people's needs. (SC Rally was perfect)

Truth-telling, integrity, experience and success in the position. It was very clear who that person was before, during, and after the debate.

Being president has everything to do with debate - every hour of every single day. A president needs to debate policy with his close advisors before finally deciding on policy. How many bad days does Biden have right now? How many in one, two, three years? Choosing an octogenarian as the dem candidate was a big and very avoidable error.

this is just my opinion... but trump doesnt care about votes. His plan is to STEAL IT. He has judges in his pocket and supreme court justices. His plan is the same as before with more legislatures refusing to certify the results if Biden wins. Then it will go to either the house and/or supreme court. I pray that Biden and his team has a plan for that. It's not gonna be about votes. Please do vote tho. The more votes we get, the more ridiculous trump will look saying he won but that isn't his focus. Again, just my opinion...

Outstanding summation. Nice to see a member of the news media using intelligence and reasoning to discuss the debate rather than most of the stories so far just playing up the fact that President Biden sounded off that night (and certainly was sharp at a speech the next day which shows he is still able to perform the job). By the way, I was a Republican voter that voted for Trump the second time, was disgusted with his January 6 actions but also have been won over by Presidents Biden’s actions while in office.

Exactly. These people somehow expect giant corps to just eat the costs themselves rather than pass it to the consumers. They expect to fix the dreaded climate issues with zero sacrifice, while bringing back production to the US will remove much of the need for giant cargo ships, which are the biggest sources of actual harmful pollution in the world by an order of magnitude. DJT is by far the best for the atmosphere, whereas everyone else just uses the issues as a source of division.

That's basically one of the largest tax increases in decades, on the working class consumer, specifically. The economy is stronger when the rich pay taxes. You cannot argue with data. Trickle down economics was always a lie.

To be fair, trump did not freeze on January 6th, he CHOSE to do nothing because he didn't want it to end. which in my opinion is FAR WORSE than freezing.
