I agree with what your saying. I have 10 in my neigherhood. 4 stops covers all 10 of them. All are 1/4 acre or less. Another thing I do is try and plan my routes across town to where I'm making all or as many right hand turns as possible to avoid sitting in traffic. I think UPS invented that idea.
