Excellent game...really enjoyable.
It's unusual to see the marker interact with the crowd, But well done Kelvin.
It sure is. Crystal Mark Laws of the Sport of Bowls page 62 Law 41.5. Refers to players with a disability being allowed to use a support or artificial device when delivering the jack and bowl.
It's not good form for the marker to engage with the audience.
