i cleared mh cet law 2021..for 3 year LL.B course & got admisison...for this moot court scenario only😍😍
I think in court we will use english but as well as hindi also.. Like a mix hindi english languge. It will help many people to understand the case propely. Because their are many client who does not know english properly...

Under IPC counsels has to call Sir to the honourable judge irrespective of the gender that judge possess. Calling ma'am is kinda unofficial if she is a woman

No. There is no such law that u should address the judge by "your owner " you are free to address them by respectful words sir / mam etc and even high courts jugdes in india asked the lawyers/advocate to not call them your owner ,mi lord .
