Such a beautiful village! You'll have to take me on my next visit. Paul, you made that nectarine sound so juicy and crunchy it made my mouth water. The lavender fields and the monetary were beautiful. I was going to suggest you always keep a light sweater or shawl in the car so you can cover up and go into the churches. Nice catch Paul! I always enjoy seeing you two on Sunday mornings

You can make sooo many things with lavender. Heck I even make some traditionnal cakes recipes with some dried lavender infused like tea sometimes. Lavender season is always a joy in the South of France. That being said given the raging forest fires stay safe you two ! if Firefighters are saying "please turn around" do turn around ! Sorry someone from my friends circle got reckless and got stuck between two fire fronts , don't like my friend don't play stupid. Please ? :)

Like "It's fire season girl when the guys in black and red are telling you over radio to steer clear of an area THERE'S A REASON" I hope her next forest camping trip she'll listen to the firewatch teams of our Fire Fighnters because I don't wanted her roasted ! XD

Unfortunately the lavender has already been harvested. You can find lavender throughout Provence:soaps, sachet’s, oil etc. There are also Lavender museums you can visit😊

Haha, usually when going to a monastery or cathedrals you need to have your shoulders covered and wear a long skirt or pants.

Si j'ai bien compris tu n'es pas entrée dans le monastère à cause de ta tenue ? Est-ce de ton initiative ou bien un religieux t'a refusé l'entrée ? A mon avis ta tenue n'est pas outrageante pour rentrer dans ce bâtiment . Ça aurait été le cas en portant juste un maillot une pièce ou deux 👙🩱 En tous les cas, très belles images ! 👍

My shoulders weren’t covered and you also can’t wear shorts. It’s okay as the outside was beautiful.
