Lavash with Cottage Cheese and Cheese / Lavash Wraps
Hello everyone!
I offer you delicious and juicy lavash wraps with cottage cheese and cheese. The filling of cottage cheese and cheese is simply wrapped in lavash, and then the rolled-up roll is cut into pieces and fried in a skillet. To save time, let's not shape each wrap separately, but simply roll up a roll and cut it into parts.
So, here are the necessary ingredients for the roll:
Lavash - 2 sheets
Cottage cheese - 200 g
Hard cheese - 130 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Dill - bunch
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil for frying
In a bowl, beat one egg with cottage cheese and a pinch of salt.
Then grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the cottage cheese.
Finely chop the dill and also add it to the mixture.
Mix the cheese mixture well.
Evenly spread the cheese filling over the surface of the lavash.
Roll up the lavash into a roll.
Then cut the roll into several pieces.
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat.
Place the lavash wraps on the heated skillet.
Fry the wraps for about 3-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
The lavash wraps with cottage cheese and cheese are ready. Serve them hot or cold.
