@@brianv1981 pumps? That's not going to be the limitation for this sort of drone! Maybe start with the fact that the drone is having to hold up all the liquid that's in the hose - thus the reason why it's such a thin hose!

@@UKMonkey Correct, and, pumps only have so much lift...The thinner the hose, the more friction loss, and the less lift is achievable. Similar to blowing through a coffee straw versus a regular straw...

Great approach this is definitely safer than getting on that ladder. The only problem I have with drones are their unpredictability. They just fall out of the sky for no reason. Some just take the hell off. If you are in this business you will have to have a backup unit on your vehicle.

Looks like an unnecessary pain in the ass. that down draft is guaranteed to throw chemical all over everything in a 20' radius. Most customers dont know much about power washing anyhow. We have liars making 100k per year all over my town. I love it. They make my life so easy.

Because it's actually not as efficient as it looks. Yes it may cut down 10 minutes or so but using a ladder to climb to the roof and spray it yourself physically would take near enough the same amount of time and the biggest expense would simply be the ladder used. You could pay someone's wages part time for a whole year whilst you reap the profit instead of buying this drone for $15K.

Yes it does move quite fast, and you do not power wash a roof ever, you have to use low pressure to make sure you do not do any damage, now if he was to put smaller nozzles on this unit that would be a little more then a mist, then I would do great, but the liability of have a drone flying over a roof, along with the power wires, trees, strong wind, causing it to crash would not be worth it. You would most likely have your insurance cancelled the second they found out you tried to clean it with a drone. Or your rates would sky rocket. We are in the business to make our customers happy and to make money not cause damage or have our insurance yanked because of this idea.

@@1stchoicepowerwashllc.581 Do you fly a "drone" yourself? Do you know the rules for flying a "drone"? I guess "No" Because it's NOT A DRONE! it's a multicopter. And in this case the MULTICOPTER is connected at all times to the ground = it is NOT under the rules of any airplanes "it is a tool" on a flexible stick... It's the future, accept it. What damage do you think it will to a roof if it "crash in to it" ? Try to compare that scenario, and guy taking the fall from the same slippery roof or from a latter.... Just for extra info a MULTICOPTER correct itself +200 times a second to keep stable, and it keep on doing that the whole day...
