▪︎ Start with a double walled cup
▪︎ Drill 2 holes in the top, and add large flake glitters
▪︎ Add vegetable glycerin (mixed in alcohol ink, pigment powder and glitter for this one)
▪︎ Add baby oil (about 2 parts baby oil to 1 part vegetable glycerin
▪︎ Seal with a small piece of mylar and UV resin
Glitters used were Airendale Blue UF, Quasar Blue Fine and Centauri Silver Fat.
