This song is something else. I imagine myself walking the cobbled sidewalks in the narrow streets of Paris. The rain hits my umbrella gently, it cascades down the window panes of the small local shops and Parisian cafes. Its scent of patisserie and fresh coffee smells heavenly. The French accent rings out like music and sways with harmony in the breeze. You can't see the sun but you can feel it's light. The Eiffel Tower glistens majestically in the distance as you walk down the empty streets with puddles underneath your feet.

A number of years ago, my parents and I were about to go on a family trip to London for my birthday. But a volcano erupted in Iceland, practially disruptig all airplanes flying over Europe. Our plane landed... as far a I remember, in Amsterdam. We took a train ride to Paris, as we had a place to stay there. It was an unexpected trip, filled with uncertainties, arguments and spring time. Looking back, it was one of those moments which made my parents and I bond better. Whenever I listen to this song, I think of my parents. I love them dearly.
