when you cant imagine lauren as someone who would bang her head along with the drums, just remember that she used to be a drummer too. She starting playing drums cuz she got sick of singing a while back, lol and all that happened before she was even in chvrches. i wonder what shed be like in a heavy metal band

This whole "Paramore is just Hayley Williams" argument is so old now. Is it still 2010? If she wanted to be a world-famous solo artist, she could have done that 13-14 years ago when Atlantic tried to sign her as a solo artist. She insisted she wouldn't do that. When Josh and Zac left, she could have broken off and done her own thing, but she didn't. She could have been listed as "Hayley Williams" and not "Hayley Williams of Paramore" on any feature she's ever done with another artist. Plus, watch any interview, especially recent ones with the full band. Since she's Hayley Williams, dumb interviewers treat her like she's a solo artist, but she tries her hardest to include the rest of the band, redirecting questions to Zac or Taylor or the rest of the group. I feel like I also need to mention the fact that most of Paramore's current pop sound is due to Taylor (and now Zac), because Hayley is not back stage manipulating people, and Taylor can write what he wants for the band he's a part of. Can we all just realize that Josh Farro was the true diva of OG Paramore? Josh Farro, the guy who always acted butthurt that there was a girl in his band? The guy who stormed out of Paramore in a huff because he wasn't getting enough camera time? The guy who left the band to pursue a *solo* career as the frontman of a musical project named after *himself?*
