Cuz Lauren just being her intelligent, adorable, loving and authentic self is beyond beautiful already, regardless of her looks. I'm actually really happy about that no one really mentions her looks (even though she did look amazing in this video), just fuzzing over how supportive and nice and articulate she is. It shows what we most value about her, and well, that's just nice. But the fact that she's also beautiful on the outside as well and the outfit's definitely a plus tho :)) Sorry if this is kinda long but she's just so adorable in this and I can't help but rant sometimes.

i love how she never says "straight" and replaces it with "normative standards" because that's what it actually is and she knows not to bash on heterosexuality bc there's no reason for it! period foo EDIT: what i meant to say is that she's going against heteronormative standards because being straight should not be the "default". there should NOT be a default in the first place. that's what i was trying to say as far as my liking towards her choice of words and phrasing. ofc ppl just joke abt others being straight, but ive seen enough where ppl made others seriously think that being straight is wrong in which obviously its not. im just saying that in order to combat heteronormativity, we need to cease making sexualities a problem as a whole. im not trying to be a "pick me" per se bc i know that if u read it wrong, it looks kinda bad. im just trying to be as fair as possible.

I used to be a huge 5H fan and especially a Lauren fan, but after they split up i didnt really keep up with any of them and just now watching this video i reminded of how much she meant to me, how much her coming out impacted my life and just now much love I still felt for her. I love how one can figure themselves out even though it might take time for the person to do that. I am currently bisexual but I feel like I’m slowly leaning more towards pansexual. If I like a person no matter their gender then there you go. It’s the personality that counts for me. But even though I still consider and identify myself as a Bisexual Mexican-American woman, I’m still figuring myself out. There’s no certain sexuality that you have to stick with.
