We purchased the Lift with cart this last Saturday at the Expo in Puyallup WA and it didn't come with a quick. start/ welcome booklet. It is the gray/ silver one.

Why does Laurastar recommend bottled spring water if the user's property has a water softener ? Why is water with mineral content required for the correct operation of the Lift ?

Hi Ian, glad you asked! Laurastaur recommends using water with mineral content in your boiler to prevent it from becoming overfilled and spitting out water like a shower. Water with softeners can corrode the metal in the boiler, so it's best to avoid it. I brought my first Laura Star grey edition. I find that when I turn on it it is very loud sound when boiling water, is it a normal thing?

Laurastar blocked my system and lost the steam function, do you know how to log into the system and unlock it? I installed the app, but I still can't unlock the Steam feature in it.
