There was sooo much evidence that LO purgered herself. The judge did not just rely on the fact that PP was closed when LO said said she went.
I thought I heard them say on WTH that the state didn't give judge chance to respond, that they usually give them a chance... I may have musunderstood them, but that's what I thought I heard...
