Wow! I was thinking of Venezuela this morning. I live in Philadelphia Pennsylvania USA. My rent includes all utilities except gas. The stove is gas so I won't be using it. As a low income senior citizen, I cannot afford the $100+ monthly gas bill. I was thinking about that and the generosity of Venezuela a bunch of years ago in helping some low income people in our northeast states by providing them free heating oil during a cold winter. Wow that’s awesome and ironic how Citgo does/did that in US and my family in Caracas has no electricity at all. Not your fault White Crow49. I just remembered when someone thanked me in Queens, NY about the same back in 2013.
