No. Its about mirror neurons. They react most on true authentic expression of emotions. Unfortunately, we only show so little of that through our fassade during every day life. Truely sad people, e.g. when they lost someone they loved and they openly show that they loved them, that they matter to them, touch me so I start crying, too. People who cry for selfish reasons usually don't touch me that much.

This shows how our actions can inadvertently affect others. This is a reminder that we all should be mindful of how we treat others and what we say about ourselves and others. Most of us are taught manners at a young age yet once we become adults some of us only speak to those we know, some rarely make eye contact with others. I wish we all could live this happily everyday. You must fight through the negative news, negative actions and behaviors of others. Try to be a glimmer of hope for yourself and others. You have to continue to work on it daily.
