Yeah Taeyang used to be a household name in the West and it shows how much Big Bang did to bring Kpop out there/here (they're not kings of kpop for no reason). Taeyang is the Korean Chris Brown but for the good reasons (his dancing ooooof and r&b vocals). He was a ton of people's idol, Jimin from BTS included. The pic of the girl in the mv was his ex-girlfriend at the time for real and now his current wife. Taeyang is back from the military and I'm excited to see what he does with or without Big bang. Could you check out the Fantastic Duo video where he sang this song with a fan, it's soooo good!

Taeyang's one of the purest person. Despite the 'bad boy' image, he's actually a religious guy. Correct me if i'm wrong but he has 2 tattoos that's related to his religion. Also, he's a really respectful son to his parents. In one of his interview, he said that he had his tattoo without his parent's knowledge so if they said that they don't want his tattoo, he'll remove it right away. He's also very generous to his fans. He's such a really good guy 😍

Because of this song I got to know Big Bang. At first, you'll be distracted because he's shirtless but as it progresses you will notice he has great vocals. He's also a really good dancer. Ringa Linga, Good Boy with G Dragon and Fear with Song Mino are my favorites.

You're right on your comment Waleska by not judging the book by its cover. Big Bang looked bad boys especially Teayang. He wrote this song for that girl in the billboard when they broke up. Her name is Min Hyorin, a well known Korean actress. He knew her through his song 1 AM.In that song, Hyorin was the model in its MV. Hyorin was the 1st woman Taeyang dated, his first girlfriend and now his wife. After he wrote this song for her, he and Hyorin get back together and eventually got wed before Taeyang went to a military camp. Taeyang doesn't have a lot of friends aside from his co-members, and inside YG Ent. When they're not performing or not in his work, he cleans his house, he loves to cook, he do the gardening, he do the laundry and doesn't go to clubs and parties... a husband material indeed. This info was shown in a Korean show entitled "I Live Alone", Taeyang episode.
