    1. Judiciary ka 2 exam hota hai.. Higher Judiciary and Lower Judiciary.. Constitution of India me likha hai All India level exam for District Judge level exam.. Lower age limit would be 28.... 2. Civil Services main 2 exam hota hai - State level and All India level. Judiciary ka bhi yahi system hona chahiye. 3. Agar civil judges k liye AIJS hoga toh fir paper me local language hatana padega.

Judicial infrastructure improvement..and 2nd NJPC ..govt should look into these more graver concerns.timely recruitment by HCs in respective states instead of this AIJS..the idea seems good on paper why y everything to be centralized wat abt the federal structure nd distribution of power principle.. Judiciary need not be left at the mercy of exceutive instead improve the existing system with punctual exams nd the infrastructure concerns ..ye toh wahi baat ho gyi govt companies institutions ki halat kharab hai toh unko privatize krdo.. instead of this why not make efforts to improve the existing mishaps in every field..Bs law nd policies bna k koi fayda nahi hota unless proper implementation.. judicial reforms k sath police reforms ki bahot zarurat h..the investigation methods of police should be updated with standardised forensic systems.. investigation is the 1st stage of justice delivery system..they need proper training and timely recruitment as well ..anyway Judicial infrastructure and 2nd NJPC implementation should be adhered to asap..

This is simply an attempt to subjugate judiciary. Initiative should be taken by judiciary itself (to make it more inclusive and more representative not ),not by the executive....legislature should be the facilitator. Independence of judiciary would be compromised. Political Interference in decision making process would totally cripple the justice delivery system. Information technology could be used to minimise the no of pending cases in Courts n it's very much possible. More infrastructure is to be created for better functioning of the Administration of Justice. Most important Fundamental right which should be "Right to Justice" for which citizen must demand from state through more modernised Court premises and their respective judicial officers. 'Technology' is the key not "Plea bargaining" or "Adverse possession". It's just a matter of political will...Criminals are protected through present Penal laws and innocent citizens are unnecessary abused through arbitrary use of power granted through legislature. Citizens must demand better and transparent justice delivery system where Rule of law could be made applicable to Politicians as well irrespective of Constitutional post one has. Courts have constitutional duty to deliver justice to it's citizens but due to paucity of funds allocated in infrastructure for judiciary is one of the reason of inefficiency of Judiciary. Arbitrariness is rampant through discretion given to judges which must be addressed through "More speaking orders" and legal awareness shall be provided to citizens to instill trust in judiciary not superstition through Bollywood movies. Independence of Judiciary is one of the basic characteristic of The Constitution of India and transparent election process. In the name of low conviction rates,Plea bargaining shouldn't be allowed as a panacea for reducing the no of pending cases in Courts. More experts of "technology" are required to improve the efficiency and optimisation of Justice delivery system. #More transparency #Utilisation of Information technology #less arbitrariness by more speaking orders and digitally recorded necessary evidences. #More fund allocation on Infrastructure in Judiciary. #less superstition and more scientific approach is the key. Then only India could achieve what it aspires to or else.... Market for technologically advanced western countries forever. It is applicable to US and UK as well but they are way ahead of India in Infrastructure. Lack of security to judges, incompetent security personnels ,no cameras installed in majority of Court premises are few of the visible flaws in our Justice delivery system. All India judicial service should be created but shouldn't be allowed to subjugate judiciary... A separate recruitment department could be created on the lines of "Union public service Commission" (Judiciary) where judges of high credibility and dedication towards Constitution of India; could be appointed as their Chairman and requisite members. Nation having "History of oppression and injustices" could be transformed into a nation known for "Justice and Equity' with the help of " Technology" then only dream of making India a superpower could be realised in true sense. "The world has enough for every one's need ,but not enough for every one's greed"
