In a nutshell, The singer met a girl named Rumati in Shimla bazar. Says, her suit and earnings look so pretty on her. We will visit the Shimla ridge, the Mall and the Jakhu top(famous for it's giant Lord Hanuman idol). Later he says that he will take her to a nice restaurant and spend money there. Song ends with him comparing her beauty to that of the rainbow. From Uttrakhand.
