DOING fully continuous pyrolysis plant includes tire crushing system, continuous feeding system, continuous rotating pyrolysis system, continuous slagging system, continuous cooling system, smell removal system,continuous tail gas recycling system, continuous smoke cleaning system, etc.
Doing fully continuous pyrolysis plant has many advantages:
1 Fully pyrolysis for high oil output
They adopts multiple cooling design which can make fully pyrolysis of waste tires, thus to get high oil output.
2 Long working life
Both the batch and continuous reactor adopt high quality boiler plate material and are made strictly according to high pressure vessel standard.
3 Energy saving
The extra gas that cannot be liquefied to oil under normal pressure would be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel. The gas generated in the pyrolysis process has more caloric value, which will save a lot of energy for the whole working process.
4 Environmental friendly
It is absolutely environmental friendly in the production process. It doesn’t have any smoke, taste, secondary pollution or three waste: waste water, waste gas, waste solids discharged. The equipment has normal machine operation sound in the normal operation and doesn’t have any other noise.
5 Safety
This plant is equipped with mature safety devices, such as thermometer, pressure gauge, safety valve, electric control system. Water seal and vacuum system will prevent exhaust gas from going back to condensers and reactor. Thus, unnecessary accident can be avoided.

It might have been better originally, but judging by the number of abrupt edits and dissolves clearly replaced by cuts, yeah it looks a little rough! They should have paid the animator to make those adjustments instead of hacking it up in the edit suite.

Very interesting, you've basically reversed engineered the mechanics of making plastics and tires : shredding them and incinerating them releasing them hydrocarbons; and and allowing them to cool. This reforms it back into its petroleum products : that combine into various types; including raw crude oil. Extracting it's finished components , by refining. Thus in turn reducing, old tires, and plastic, which would otherwise: just sit in land fills for thousands of years. Does the waste product of this process comply with current, emission regulations? Because it's a very good concept. Blessed be amen.

hello sir,the waste tyre pyrolysis oil plant can convert waste tyre/plastic/rubber to about 50% oil, 30% carbon black, 12% steel wire and a little combustible gas(about 8%).
