I am not agree with performance of carrier Ac, because I was purchased two Ac Durafresh Neo x but performance is bad , full of error code E3 from day one till death.

But carrier doesn't give STANDARD 5 yr PCB warranty.. Extended warranty 5yr PCB warranty is there but lots of terms and conditions.. Sirji plz confirm if i am correct or not?

Carrier ACs mein noise comparatively jyada hoti hai.

Sir maine voltas ka AC liya hai shop wale se bola ki mujhe 2 ton ka AC chahiye . To usne de to diya hai par kahin pe bhi 2 ton likha hua nahin hai ab kaise pata karen ki vo do ton ka hai ya 1.5 ton ka main kahin lut to nahin gaya

Carrier is a waste brand. I have used both Daikin and carrier but carrier Ac never achieved the cooling that Daikin provided 😊

Sir, I have daikin inverter split AC jiska indoor fully damage ho gaya hai.. During our home shifting. I have checked everywhere but indoor alag se nahi mil raha. Do you have any suggestions ki ab iska best use kya kar sakte hai? Indoor kahi se mil sakta hai? Outdoor ka compressor Sahi hai, kya koi isko use karke window AC ya kuch useful bana sakta hai?

Paaji I have Xcel edge 1.5ton 3star ...it's rated power consumption is 615w at 50 percent..but it never goes on this range ..it usually take 800-900w ... I'm operating at 28-29 °c.The ac room condition is fully covered and no sunlight reached . And also reaching the desired temprature it automatically cutoff the outdoor unit..but the inverter AC outdoor should never be turned off as they maintain the temperature by reducing compressor capacity instead they cutoff and start again ... Why is it doing this....please reply . Thanx a lot

I have bring this same model one month ago for my extremely hot top floor 144sq. ft. Room. I've run it 30 degree temp setting in auto mode at after noon time when outside and inside temp. was 43 and 41 degree. Its maintain 28 degree constant in my room within the 700 to 800 watts power consumption. At the evening time when outside temp. drop at 38 degree, then its compressor cut off for a while and restart again and power consumption drop down at 600 watts. lt is natural to cut off the compressor even a inverter ac if outside temp. drop down within a short time. This is an excellent ac for me.

Are you serious? ...it's not possible bcz whenever the inside temperature reaches 30 outdoor shuts automatically... also you live on top floor ..which makes the whole statement..you know unrealistic

@@BharatSharma-pw4zt You just keep a thermal sensor in your room and check. Do you know what is temp. of the blowed cool air near your indoor unit at 30 degree temp. setting? Just keep a thermal sensor in front of your indoor unit louver. You will be astonished. You can touch that thermal sensor at the evaporator, where the indoor sensor has attached you again astonished.

@@BharatSharma-pw4zt its an approximately, dependent the outside temp. So if the outside temp is 41 then your room may cool 28 or even 26 at 30 degree setting depend your ac's cooling capacity as per your room. But if outside temp fall within 34 then your room may stick with 30 coz either compressor run very to moderate slowly or cut off and on time to time. Generally we can't know what is actual temp maintaining in our room as per our thermostat setting in our ac, if we use an external temp. sensor in our room and watch the maintained actual temp. within the various modes and various thermostat setting in various weather condition of our ac, then we could get a proper functions of our ac.

Carrier after sales service is handled by third party. Same with Hitachi.
