I just recently moved to AZ from CO & I’ve never even cheered for CU, now I’m considering wearing Buffs gear after not doing so for the entire 24 yrs I spent there lol. And be careful in the mountains, it snows worse than in the city especially if it’s expected to be a heavy snow!

First winter is a shock. Second one it seems milder. Third one you’ll enjoy and want a good blizzard because it’s interesting. We combined offices with a Houston branch and they thought they were going to die the first winter. By the third year they are skiing and doing snowmobile trips in the mountains during the winter and loving it. Then they had a former Houston coworker get married in Houston in August. They went back and thought they would die with the heat after enjoying Colorado summers. Most had planned to move back after retirement; most are now staying in Colorado after they retire.
