I've replayed this video three times tonight because I really like the vibe of it, the keyboard sound and the music is so soothing I don't bother to go find another video or a 3-hour one. Love your spirit through this video too, when u yawn and speak to yourself, it feels realistic as if I'm having a companion to study with. i did my last exam for the semster yesterday, and today i've felt like shit not doing anything productive and sleeping in, and yes I know i can take some rest but too much free time for me means more time scrolling on social media and that makes me feel awful. it' evening now, and I just decided to return to myself, let all the distractions go away and focus on real rest: I'm going to start a new book right now, with the help of this soothing video. i just love to vent on the youtube comment section i guess

study session essentials 🌷 💧Always keep a water bottle on hand while you are studying. hydration is important to your health and nothing beats a drink of water while you are studying. this can also keep you hydrated and keep your brain active while you are studying 🎧 If you have headphones, be sure to use them to listen to music while you work. I'd recommend lofi, or relaxing music. it can also help if you are studying late at night and have family members sleeping so you can study in peace :) 🔌 having a charger is also a study essential! you don't want to have your device run out of battery and sometimes you don't even realize when you run out of battery, so it's best if you keep your device plugged in the whole time you are studying ☕ keep a cup of coffee or anything with caffeine beside you in case you are tired ✂ keep all study & work stuff as well, like a pen, a notebook, a laptop, highlighters, etc. 🪟 keeping a window open for fresh air can be good for your brain and mind so even if it's cold you should keep a window open to let in some fresh air. As well as anything else you may need while studying, such as: a pet, a blanket, a stuffed animal, or a pillow Lastly, be sure to take breaks! It's very important to have a break while studying because that can give your brain a break so you don't have to strain it too much. You could go on a walk on a trail, or simply have a snack break and take the time to reboot. Journaling is a great option if you need a break and want to do something that doesn't require the most concentration. If you are studying and are reading this, please remember to take care of yourself and good luck on any upcoming exams or tests
