Ep_13 | Welcome back to the last vlog of the Hong Kong series! Come with me on a chilled week in the life in Hong Kong where I head to the well known shopping malls in search of some new cargo pants.
I show you some other cool antique / homeware stores in Mong Kok, have some Won Ton noodles once again and head to yet another coffee shop for some work.
I also meet up with my friend Simon who is a PT at REP.HK and we trained a very intense and high volume pull session. I hadn't been able to do too much gym whilst I was in Hong Kong so was definitely happy to get this session in with him.
I finally spend the last full day with my family having some amazing Dim Sum at the Dim Sum Club (very original name I know!), and then heading off to watch the sunset to wrap up the last night in Hong Kong...

Good question! I think it depends where I’m travelling! Hong Kong is basically a second home and I’ve been there so much during my life, but also I like my own space and my routine with work / creating content. So I’ll probably say I like my routine more, but travel is also great as I can create new content as well 😊
