Well this is different. Blame my recent interest in air raid sirens for this.
POV: It's sometime in the late 1960s. You are located in the small town of Agawam, which has a system of modest Federal Signal Model 5Ts & 7Ts. Not far away are the cities of Springfield & West Springfield, which has a system made entirely of B&N BN52 Mobil-Directos everywhere you can find. A statewide duck-and-cover drill is about to commence.

We use that double cone siren for a tornado siren, I think it still has some of its original yellow civil defense paint.

That would be a Federal Model 5/7 in that case.
