@Mark Adame nay, it’s true. That’s exactly the risk they were posing to themselves in the video. The very brains of the kidneys is the medulla, which is salty. If the saltiness is dissolved by pee backing up into the medulla, this will result in kidney failure. And they don’t have much salt to begin with, since your entire body consists of 0.9 grams of sodium, which is the equivalent of a teaspoon of table salt. The moral of the story is use the toilet when you need to. If one is not available, find a suitable hedge or other secluded location.
