Spending time in the gym is the best way to stay out of trouble man. Getting that aggression out in a healthy sporting way is great for young guys like this. Everyone that took part in this seemed to have some skills too, these are no beginners.

I hope you see this! You should do a boot camp! And i mean an actual boot camp. Winner left standing with no merrits, gets either 5,000 or 10,000. Rent out a cabin with 10 beds and it will be like a survival in the wilderness type of thing. No phones, making your own fires, etc. Catch own food...or you should do a "hunger games in the hood" lol. Id pay to watch that lol ❤❤ (hurry before someone else steals these ideas lol)
