Mikey is a perfect choice, none of the other turtles would accept his death, they would’ve raged and fought until they die, Mikey was the only one who could tank this without going insane, he doesn’t seem smart but he knows how to act in situations

I know i'm so late, but I think Ronin beats 2003 Leo until season 4. After 2003 Leo trains with Ancient One, he gains new skill while nearly perfecting his previous feats. He's pretty solid at base form and could defeat Ronin mid diff.

Sheer focus, determination and grief Mikey was always presented as the Turtle with the most innate potential even using THE most complex weapon out of all of them. The only thing holding him back was his layback prankster attitude. That was GONE after he lost his family. The Last Ronin is Mikey at his full potential, having devoted every bit of time to his own training at the cost of everything he used to be.

Mikey always had potential, but that was behind his playful attitude. Now his family is gone and playfulness along with it, he dedicated his time master all of their weapons and combat styles. The Last Ronin is literally what you’d get if all the Turtles Merged / Fused. The best sums of each parts.

I think the mirage turtles and the turtles from the game Mutants in Manhattan also have a pretty good chance of beating him
