The last Qatar 787 Dreamliner, A7-BDD, departs Paine Field on her delivery flight to Doha as Qatari 3372 Heavy.
Unless Qatar exercises their 30 additional options for 787 delivery slots, this will be the last Qatar passenger plane at Everett until late 2020.

how does boeing deliver planes to airlines is it the people who work from boeing deliver the planes or does the pilot who works in the airlines comes and collects the plane?

It's a mix of everyone. Delivery flights are usually done by the airline crews, with two flight crews, and a Boeing test pilot who can take over if anything catastrophic or abnormal happens. There are also airline executives, flight attendants, guests of Boeing, the airline, or media, as well as the occasional engineer. United is an oddball because they have their deliveries taken by Boeing test pilots only to SeaTac for interior outfitting.
