Well no one can say for sure selection kitne pe hoga. All I can say is probability kya hai. So based on this year’s paper as well as PYQ papers, don’t expect the first cutoff for the OBC to go anywhere below 18-20 Marks in MCQ. Last year total cutoff for OBC/ST was 58.5. Expect a similar trend this time, though a little higher, I would say.

This is a serious error. Personally, I don’t think you can do anything about it now, since they strictly ask you to pay attention to this tiny detail, and even if you get the seat, it’s all complicated now. But take the risk and visit the COE (Comptroller of Examination) of Jamia and ask them what can be done.

If we don't get qualifying marks in objective Will they correct the subjective paper?

Yes they will. Cutoff is prepared out of 100, and not 40.

sir, how many more cutoffs can be expected and how much can they go lower?

Well it is all very conditional. No one can say for sure. Number of cutoffs vary across categories. General category cutoffs usually do not go further than 3. By then, seats are mostly reserved. Other categories also follow alike. Max 4-5 cutoffs. Plus the seats in Jamia’s MA are also less. They’re taking on 40-43 students in total. And this year CUET was tough too, so people will be aiming for Jamia all the more. If paper comes easy, cutoffs will spike up and admission will be tough for students with low marks, and so don’t expect it to go any lower.

I have filled the form and paid for the class, but I haven't received any confirmation or information about the same?

Yes it starts at 1:00 in the online mode on Google Meet. So you can log in by then.
