Last Man on Earth Ending: Cleopatra Coleman on the Possibility of Season 5

The Last Man on Earth, created by and starring Will Forte, was a brilliant post-apocalyptic comedy that aired on Fox for four seasons, with an incredible cast that included Kristen Schaal, Cleopatra Coleman, January Jones, Mel Rodriguez, Mary Steenburgen, and a laundry list of excellent guest stars.
The series followed Phil Miller (Forte, playing a character named after two of the executive producers, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller), who believes he is the last man on Earth after a deadly virus wipes out the rest of the world. As the show progresses, he meets new people in this decimated world, as they form an unexpected family just trying to make it in this new world. After four seasons, the show was canceled in 2018, ending the series on a shocking cliffhanger that found the group running into dozens of survivors living underground.
Since the unexpected series finale, vague talk has been happening here and there for years about whether the show could suitably wrap up in some fashion-yet nothing has come of this talk. In an interview with Collider’s own Perri Nemiroff, Cleopatra Coleman, who played Erica Dundee-an Australian who makes her way to the United States and joins the group-discussed the possibility of returning to The Last Man on Earth in some fashion.

I just finished it and I'm so incredibly depressed about it, hope we can get an official ending one day, incredible cast and probably the funniest sitcom ever made. Phenomenal comedic performances imo

I'd love to see Fox or another network pick it up like other shows have been.
A movie wrap up would be nice imo. Their kids would be 5-6 years old by now.

Will Forte is such an idol and The Last Man on Earth series is his best work.
A movie or a 6 episode final season. I can't deal with not knowing.

Her character deserved so much better. At least Gail had growth. Anyway this cast was hilarious! Will and Kristen were amazing on the show.

This show had all the air marks of predictive programming if you ask me. Seinfeld, The Simpsons, and Survivor all seem to be reflections of what we are actually living through now.

They could have done so much with Erica. They mention her having a brother. We can assume from Tandy and Mike that immunity is genetic. Where is Erica’s brother? Is he immune too?

Nah there’s so much context that’s missing out, you can’t just end on S4. What happened with Mike? What about jasper? My man’s prolly all grown up now too damn
Please god someone renew this show WTF?! I can’t believe this got cancelled, wish there was more hype for this. It is kind of a perfect ending though if you look at in the sense that all of it may have just been for nothing, oh farts, i love it 😂

I would pay 1000 dollars to watch a final season haha my best bet now is waiting until ai is good enough to just make 3 more seasons and wrap it up in a great way

Tandy was fairly unbearable and cringe in the first season. Todd unbearable in the fourth, But the show grew on me, and I hate when shows end on cliffs hangers

I kept telling myself none of them would've been there without tandy/phil...so I had to suffer through his BS...but he turned out to be just the guy we needed him to be.
