I went to TAFE with and have worked alongside many Asians and I know they can speak English. They often choose not to amongst themselves when they don't want you to understand what they're saying. I'm guessing in a confrontation with guns they wouldn't want their opps to understand them. That ain't racist, it's just a tactic Sun Tzu forgot to mention in The Art of War..
