Yrun's Pennance is going to be dope for cold caster Shaman (avalanche/storm bolt nados) as it can be dual wielded in the offhand. With the added focus on endurance for the class, that leech and cold pen is HUGE, especially if you can get lp2+ with +spell damage and +crit multiplier. I'm excited to try with the cold storm bolt nado build because it's constant steady damage that hits screens away. Should be a major improvement for EHP. as over 1k endurance threshold is easily possible with new maelstrom node (20 endurance threshold per maelstrom stack & able to maintain 20+ stacks (400 end thresh), it should have much improved survivability from last season

omg, the unique "triboelectra" is like the only one I dreamed of that I got so tired of writing requesting it for the d4 on reddit and KZread, I should definitely go play this in the last epoch, nice job

Cruelty might be useful to me IF it works on the sacrifice node from zombies, that was the hard part about the autobomber, keeping your mana from being immediately going negative on a large swarm explosion. It should since the node does say you have a chance instead of the zombie casts, even then.. might not be as good as other relics. It would be godlike though if we could get summon skeleton up to 100% raise after dying, still be fighting your mana but damn would that be flashy to constantly be detonating and regenerating ward.

Forgeguard is still forgotten. Id like to see more items for smelters wrath or anvil.

I am a Warpath junkie, so think I am going to run Void Knight Warpath for my starter. Will probably try out going mana regen instead of cost reduction just to try out the new channeling option.

As a primalist main, definitely a little sad we didn’t get more primalist uniques. Would have loved a Gathering Storm unique. Definitely lots of cool uniques coming though. That voidwinter spear should be really interesting to build around

They technically added a bunch of uniques that are sort of shaman related. The first one is Palarus's Sacred light. This item looks like sentinel item because it buffs smite... but nobody going to be using that on sentinel. Attunement on sentinel. No. this 1 handed sword is going to be used for shamans stacking Attunement or strength. For example if you have 90 attunement, this gives like 45 melee damage. If you stack strength you get a lot of spell damage flat. 18:29, Seed of Ekkidrasil is helmet item made for Shaman. Max health gained as endurance threshold. Primalist always stacks health so this is just free threshold and it is class that builds attunement which is mana which that helmet uses to mitigate damage. you get a ton of mana regeneration as well due to new shaman skills from Attunement. The other two items are Raptor item for beast master and Swarmblade stuff.

@@dodang_9147 yeah you are totally correct. There are definitely some good general uniques that will work very well for the primalist. Each one that you listed will work great for primalist. I should have clarified, that I was just disappointed that there weren’t more uniques that modify primalist skills specifically. A new unique modifying one of the Druid forms or one that modified gathering storm or warcry would have been super cool, personally.

@@benjaminwestover2657 in terms of items, it feels a regular update. it doesn't feel like a seasonal update. there is no new class. just some middle level balance changes on existing classes that sucked before.

The new uniques are the most exciting thing for me. I love playing minion builds so for me Naal's Tooth is the most interesting new unique to me :) , a little raptor army is pretty cool.

Healing hands is dead. one of the BIGGEST NERFS is not mentioned anywhere in the patch notes. did they just forget, or maybe hope nobody saw it?

annihilus probably the favorite unique moving forward into cycle 2. then ill either do VK or Spell blade fire aura at this point. noticed detonating arrow got a slight nerf in the patch notes. There is much to be entertained by those 2 classes i would jest. my top 5 classes was sorcerer, spell blade, void knight, det arrow, flaskoneer. Now, spell blade, sorc, flaskoneer. then enter dark horse classes now.

Will start with a Spellblade this Season (will figure the build as I go). Second Choice would probably the Dual Shield

As my first char i will go shaman thorn totem even if we no longer get boar aspect which mpved to beastmaster only then ifi find something good ill do beastmaster too in cof SUPER HYPE😅

Will try lightning disintegrate sorc stacking mana.. The new wand Triboelectra looks good with that, specially if u hit 3 to lightning skills

I normally play necro but the only thing that interests me is the crab ring (it scales with both INT AND Attunement, right?) because I don't use Dread Shade and it's dumb how much they are trying to shove it down our throats and force it. :( However, I might just go Beastmaster and make a raptor pack build like you. I hope you make a video on it saying what all we need for 6 raptors! I'm game. :D

No uniques for non-minion forge guard No uniques for marksman No uniques for bear druid Set items are still extremely bad past lvl ~80 No changes to charged Puncture (not even bug fixes for Puncture) No changes to how bad slow-hitting/CD skill builds perform with shred I really wanted to be excited for cycle 2 but I literally see no improvement to... basically anything I found out was an issue for my ~12 cycle 1 characters. So not sure if I even start playing again..

Im am torn between a lightning based Runemaster maybe using the new Lightning-Staff, or some Falconer build.

Think people have always wanted to dual wield Shields. Will be interesting what builds can be made with it. I'd love for shield bash to be a main skill just a shame you can't increase it's attack speed and make a smiter type build from D2.

Hey action, good work, as i see you will start with raptor build like i will and you said we will have 6 raptors, the 6th is from wolves passive tree? Worth to spec wolves just for maximum companions instead of frenzy totem for example?

Walking simulator spell blade Inc. With the new want 17 static orb tendrills, is what I will start with as ssfhc cof static orb surge spellblade for the whole cycle 2

Gonna do a orb source and ima try and do a leech health build with necromancer

The Penance sword might have been nice on my cryomancer sorcerer, but I've moved away from that build already. There are options for adding lightning blast converted to cold to mana strike, so... maybe there's a stacking build in there somewhere. I know there's an Arcane Ascendance build for Sorcerer that relies on bypassing the six-spell limit of that one node by only using Mana Strike and having that proc spells instead of casting them. I'm pretty sure that one abused the spark charge mechanic, though, so it's unlikely to take advantage of switching to cold. But who knows. I plan on trying a Ryze-proxy lightning-themed Runemaster, but none of the new uniques really grab me. Not sure if I'll be playing that much at all, come to think of it. Taking a wait and see attitude to this one. I've quit other games in the past because they basically did the same thing LE is doing now, so I'm not sure how best to proceed.

THANK F'N GOD there is a way to auto cast sigil now... holy shit that was a long time coming. Worst button to press in the game.

sounds kinds whatever because spellblade usually just stacked ward. why do i need life leach on a character that is entirely based off ward? Like what they're expecting you to build, stacking life spellblade with Int?

Yes , they simply are taking POE directions adding multi trash unique and then they lose their control on em , later they decide to delete em cuz they are useless , i don't know what's the point of adding all those and we already have plenty of trash unique already

You can already automate sigils that ring isn’t that good really at all.

Funny you say no hate in comm section. This gear has +scariifce on it, meaning it was made for necro over all. And I never see streamers using shit for that skill on most Necro builds. Even the Necro V zombies. There is a weapon that adds to the scarifice skill and not one build says to use it. ( pact severance ) Most build say to use HP on most builds. I call BS on most builds w that. This will help the necro build 100% w V zombies the best. This is not hate. Not sure why you guys are pushing a beast master using this when necro needed a better relic for this build. I feel like most of you streame push these safe build. We can add more ward or more scarifice... that is easy one!!! Well you can get to 100 Curr and maybe 2 to 300 if your get the best gears they are saying to use in the build builder. When you clearly see better builds pushing 600 curr and doing walk thrus at 600 c, using dif gears.... At best i see most of these builds being pushed on these site, as safe builds. Not what is best for that build over all. I can't help but wonder why... Why is it the streamers get the best of the best while telling us to build dif...

Damn the Rouge uniques are pretty lame not going lie…
