Its in the runebolt tree - cold element is changed to fire, so instead of casting fire-lightning-cold it casts fire-lightning-fire

There's also a node that makes it so your runes are based on your slots. So if your first skill on the bar is ice, second is lighting, third is ice, but you cast fire 3 times, you get: ice/lightning/ice.

Without mtx even skills look cool.
