Ramadan has come to an end after 30 days of fasting, and now it's time for celebration! My family and I are grateful for the opportunity to fast this year. #eid al-Fitr holds great significance for us Muslims. Here's a glimpse into how we celebrate it.
We spend the day cooking delicious Raya meals, some of which we order from shops. Usually, we celebrate Eid at home. After prayers, we gather to enjoy our feast together and take plenty of photos. Typically, we'd visit my mom's house for the celebration, but she's out of town this year.
Since we have a 5-day break for Eid, we decided to play tourist and booked a spacious 1-bedroom suite at The #westinhotel KL, conveniently located opposite #pavilionkl Bukit Bintang. We indulged in a dinner at Pavilion one evening, but unfortunately, I got food poisoning, which put a damper on my appetite.
However, I still managed to enjoy the delicious breakfast spread at The Westin, which was a nice break from my busy study schedule before my final exams at the end of April.
