Zach has been hinting at this for years. Mentioned this might be his lat contract when he held out.

I think anybody believing that Micah Parsons is a leader, you're only deluding yourself, but really you don't need Micah to be a leader. Von Miller wasn't a leader... he was just the best pass rusher in the league and that was more than enough. The defense does need someone to step up though, because D-Law isn't that guy, he's a guy who'll do well in a game, but he holds no one accountable and when they fail, he's the 1st one to hide from the media leaving smaller guys to take the brunt. I'm more disappointed in leadership like that, than anything Micah did. Micah is a diva, there is no debate about that, but he's that type of talent that you need.

Dallas has no leadership from Jerry and Cap boy all the way down to the players no one is held accountable for anything it's a soft country club organization it was way different and way better under Jimmy Johnson look at the success things won't ever change until Jerry is gone 😢.and capboy hires a real coach and gm

@@donleskovar1816 Absolutely the clown show runs top to bottom. But I think it's been clear that Micah has never been a leader type, he's just a dominant player. So him pretending to be a leader is just attention seeking, the sad part is that there really is no leader in that defense.

I have never been a Parsons fan, but I would be a huge fan, if the Cowboys would trade this "problem Child" for a major draft haul. Two 1st round picks, a 3rd round pick, and maybe a 4th rd pick and impact player. Move Cee Dee Lamb for 1st and 2nd rd picks, and just explain to Dak Prescott, we are moving in a different direction, and ask that he lift the no trade clause and move him for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd rd draft picks. Cowboys could be a rebuilt in 3 years.

And that sucks 😭

Trade Zach when he has teade Value. We have Capable substitutes at guard. Bass, rookie Thomas, Hoffman. Possible draft choices with more picks we have next year. Dont make same mistake made with Tyrone. Lost to free agency when we could have gotten a 3rd or 4th for him in a trade.

Honestly can't trade him end of contract plus there's no value with him wanting to retire teams are gonna want him to play 2 seasons at least just to try and recoup what they gave up.
