Batfleck looks so much like the DCAU Bruce Wayne. Especially the bit with him telling Barry not to end up alone like him. The DCAU Batman pushed everyone that cared about him away and ended up alone before Batman Beyond.

The fact they closed the DCAU with that revelation is pretty solid evidence that Beyond is part of that timeline, otherwise why go through the hassle of making that episode.

This scene was sad the first time I watched it. Still is.

"Not this time, maybe some other time". The last words of Batfleck before he drives off into the night. It reminded me of how Keaton drives away into the snowy night at the end of Batman Returns in 1992 never to be seen again.

If Netflix buys the rights and the Snyderverse is restored, I can see it happening, but I think it's difficult and sad because BatAffleck didn't get his movie, I wanted them to explore what happened to Robin (who I'm pretty sure was Jason Todd) where his costume appears in Batman vs Superman

I loved how Andres Muschietti showed Batffleck in a responsible and wise portrayal for his last appearance. This Bruce has been through it, and l hope his Alfred is still alive!

Bruce would be paranoid over someone with the ability to change reality planning to do it. But he looks so tired here and understands there's no way he can stop Barry anyway.

i wish we had more DC movies with the initial team from 2013 (Snyder, Nolan, Goyer, Zimmer)

It's true that there was some initial disappointment with his casting and to be honest, I was one of those that didn't think he could pull it off, but it dispersed very quickly and many of us thought that Affleck's Batman was one of the best things in BvS when it got out. Many of us saw him as a the most-comic accurate Batman, besides the killing (and up to Pattinson, every on-screen Batman killed his enemies), especially as he remined many of us of the DCAU Batman and Bruce Wayne we grew up with. So, it's not like he didn't have the fans' support. He was also one of the better-written and better-played characters in ZSJL. It is quite a shame he never got his own movie in the DCEU, though. He deserved that.

Batfleck closing that door is like finding out your friend died the next morning

This scene is proof that Batfleck has been the most comic accurate representation of Bruce Wayne and Batman! And it also happens to be my favorite scene of the movie as he brought so much depth to such a simple scene. Too sad that he never got a solo movie. "Maybe some other time" Ben.

How is he even “comic accurate” when this version of Batman kills people when one of his fundamentals is that he doesn’t kill people which is his moral code. And does it anyway without any reason or remorse, which defeats the purpose.

Your forgetting the fact that this/his Bruce has lost everything and he feels responsible for the death of Robin. I'm not 100% on it but it could be what they were going for in his take on Bruce/Batman. So he kills probably because he don't give a fuck anymore? But I could be wrong....

That is one aspect that does not align because it was ultimately under Zack's control or for whatever reason but I'm not justifying that at all so you're right about that. Again, he never got his own solo movie to do complete justice to his representation but this scene in particular tells me how convincing he is as Bruce given the writing has depth! This is years (Years) late rant but when they announced that Affleck was gonna be 'The Batman' I shrugged it of because I saw him as Daredevil, loved that movie even with its flaws, but Batfleck won me over in every movie he was in, was it either Bruce Wayne or Batman, Ben made Bruce/Batman almost like an ordinary citizen/ we all can help/ shape the future.

People need to stick to the time they're given. Living your past becomes regret Future becomes obsession Live your present. Take gratitude. Even the baddest emotion that you hold now. They're exclusive. Otherwise, it also becomes one of the many regrets you carry throughout. I'm not telling anyone to be dumb or happy-go-lucky. Focus on present. That is one thing that you can always change. It just takes time.

I really liked The Flash. Yes they could have done more with it but I don't think it was as bad everybody said.

1:01 Yeah, in real life, there's a lot broken with Ezra Miller that needs fixing.

Probably because Aquaman 2 takes place in the altered timeline in The Flash where Clooney is Batman now, I believe that's why Affleck is not in the movie

In an another universe, the Snyderverse was a huge success, we got Batfleck/Cavill fighting along side as best friends with GL, MM, Hawkgirl, WW, Flash, Cyborg taking on Darkseid in the final installment. I'll just say thats what happened, to justify what didnt happen....in this universe.

This is the real batman we want and he is the sigma and not like other batmans

Man I'm gonna miss him. I loved him in bvs and the snyder cut! Hopefully James Gunn and crew can give us a great batman with what they have planned! "Faith Alfred, Faith" will forever be one of my favorite batman quotes. I loved his character development from bvs to JL. And I think this movie really shows that too.

Alan Ritchson as Batman not only because he has the structure of Batman from the comics but also looks like Ben Affleck lol not that I want only because that, but the new DCU has some similarities with DCEU like a Supeman similar to Cavill, the same actors from Amanda Waller, Blue Beetle and the cast of Peacemaker. It would also be fun to have a Batman similar to the one in the DCEU

Does he really need a solo movie? We already have too much Batman movies and content that I’m a little shocked that fans aren’t tired of it already. Almost all of the stories have already been done to death to the point where it’s not cool anymore. Say what you will about the MCU, but at least they don’t rely solely on just Spider-Man, they have a plethora of characters like Yelena, Kate Bishop, Loki Variants, U.S Agent, and so on.
