I think Riku is my favourite in this thing. That guy has so much stage presence already, he's oozing with it.

@dalopezag totally! I hope like crazy that he gets more training time and gets a debut. On the bright side, RIIZE is doing stellar, so hopefully SM won't wait the 7 yrs to put out another boy group. I loved Ryu from the start.

Renjun is my ultimate Nct Bias and one of my favorite voices in Kpop, along with Haechan. I would love to hear Ryu with them. And Chenle, too, has such a nice voice as well. I think him with those 3 would be wonderful.

I hope sm does not lose these talents, both have a lot of personality and great potential, debut or not in nct sm should make them debut in a new group, their voices are so incredible

Riku's rapping is FIREEEEE and Ryu's vocals are out of this world! I was looking forward to seeing Ryu perform as I'm a Filipino, and no doubt that he can sooo well (knowing that Filipinos are known to be talented singers) and wow, I am even more impressed with him while knowing he only trained for 2 weeks! I can't wait to see him grow in his vocals more, I really believe that he's gonna grow to become one of the best ever! And wow, Riku's charisma while he raps is no joke here. I love the way he expressed himself through his eyes and gestures, it really fits so well with the vibe of the song! They're both so talented and deserve to debut. I will continue rooting them!!! You got this, Riku x Ryu!!!!!!! Ughhh, literally still can't believe Ryu was able to pull off such an amazing performance despite the fact that he trained for only 2 weeks, it's still unbelievable to me 😭 My Filipino heart couldn't be more happier and prouder!!! 🥹

They need to debut Ryu. The japanese comments mostly talked about him and his voice. Looked like he already have influence among japanese fans. Big factor because after all, this group is meant for japanese audience. Im shocked hes a trainee for only 2 weeks before he enter this show. I also heard his fam is famous in japan entertainment industry. Her sister is a model in japan and her brother is a popular member of a popular group in Japan. SM is brave enough as well to put him in this show despite him only training for 2 weeks, the company have a trust on him i guess.

I was so impressed by Ryu's voice in this performance and seeing the way he's been minimized and critiqued throughout the show has been so depressing. I'm pretty confident he won't make the final lineup and it's frustrating to think that what's supposed to be the Japanese unit could be mostly Korean members.

Been rooting for Riku since this performance. Along with Sion and Yuushi, he really was the most standout trainee, and I'm so happy we'll get to see more of him. I'm also quite sad that Ryu came to the show with basically no training. He has everything needed to become a great idol, he just needs more time to hone the raw talent that he has. I'll look forward to his debut in the future! 💪

I obsessed to riku voice

I only hope for Ryu's rapid improvement. He got a nice tone. He is weak in vocal technic but that's because he is a 2 weeks trainee, understandable. Up until now this new unit lack main vocalist. The main vocalist are all korean. They need a japanese who is a main vocalist material. If i am Ryu i will work 100x harder to catch up with jungmin and jaemin in term of vocal technic. As for Riku, he is a sure member of the debut team because they need him and he has the quality and stage present.
