According to a video I saw where they talked to the slot creator, the original Huff N Puff has higher line pays and higher instances of hats. As the versions come out, the line pays are reduced and the bonus frequency is spread between the different types of bonuses.

Best bet is to play the original Huff N Puff... obviously the bonuses aren't as exciting but line pays are so much more
