Las Vegas Community Hero Overcame Trauma to Mentor Kids in Need
Jennifer Hudson meets AC Clemons, the assistant director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada’s largest branch, the Lied Memorial Clubhouse. As a child, AC suffered a traumatic incident that left him severely burned, and despite being bullied, he became a performer and sports star. Through his work with the Boys and Girls Club, AC has volunteered with kids with disabilities and currently teaches kids to read, write, sing, dance, and play sports. Jennifer surprised AC with two tickets to Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas on behalf of the NFL and the Inspire Change initiative.
