It’s obvious, but it’s such an insane setup the casinos have. Win all the money, have every single edge/fraction of EV, and pay the employees $8.45 or something and put the pressure on the players to pay them. I’ve never seen a table with a spot for a dealer tip before

It’s simple. Don’t take the job if the pay is bothersome. They make like a server. If it’s a popular and busy establishment you should be fine making around 20-30 an hour. How much should someone DEALING CARDS make…. It’s a very simple job, inside, easy hours.

I’ve played the other blackjack there. It’s strange doubling down on blackjack.

I agree 1000% she should take the 5 bux she’s putting on that awful side bet and put in a pile and go grab awesome dinner after or go do 5 dollar pulls on a slot I mean it’s literally like taking 5 bux every hand and throwing it on the floor . It’s cool when it hits but hitting 33% is awful

That 5 bet is the dumbest bet I e ever seen why not keep the 5 it literally loses 90% even if it hit 50% be a terrible bet especially if it’s not a big pay out on it and first 7 hands it lost. Besides that fun videos for sure
