I deeply appreciate Mr Acuzar for his project for rebuilding the old house which showcased our culture and heritage.It is indeed very noltalgic to see such beautiful houses and structures which dominate our country in the past colonial era.If given the chance i also planning to build a house which has a taste if colonial era since it represent the rich culture if our country.

I just want to get in touch with due to my problem in one of your owned tower. Please help me solve the problem I encountered. I just want to avail a unit for my daughter, but since I deal with the agent n with admin consent waiting for my selected unit. I had encountered many stressing problem. Sir, I am asking for guidance regarding your condo located at tomas morato. Si Mr Jerry Acuzar is our Mayor ISKO friend. And friend ko rin si Mayor 2002 pa. Before ako maemployed sa City hall. I am thankful na kayo ang may ari ng Victoria de Tomas Morato. Nag avail po ako ng unit last Nov 2020. With reservation fee. But I experienced different problems after. There is an existing system problem how could we as client be bothered by that.Then, another problem encounter again. Kung ano deal naiba nanaman. Dagdag ng dagdag po. Sa napag usapan nagdownpayment na po ako Dec 27, 2020. Due to pandemic na quarantine kami ng daughter ko that cause delay for postdated check.Then again n again hindi na po kami matapos. Please pakitulungan naman po kami. Gusto ko lang po mailagay sa tamang tirahan daughter ko.

Mr. Jose Acuzar DHSUD chair and owner New San Jose Builders Inc mga pinagako ng ahente mo sa Metro Manila Hills, sa Montalban Rizal gaya ng olympic size swimming pool, club house , jogging paths at basketball courts sports facilities wala 15 years na kami bayad tapos wala pa lahat at hindi parin kami Meralco at Manila Water malaki na kinita mo samin laki ng charges mo , tapos mga daan papunta crossing bayan at litex q.c. sobra lubak lubak, mga HOA dito nanghaharass ng bayad ng dues marami nakawan akyat bahay maluwag security wala pang CCTV at solar street light mga madilim na daanan, double parking na walang disiplina mga owners dito pag emergency walang madaanan
