Wooparty12 The only reson to do pause on the bench is remove the bouncing on the chest 0.5 sec is completely fine 1 sec is the standart, there is 0 sence to hold the pause that long... wtf you only lose tightness and can get yourself injured for nothing basicly.

They're not. The bar has to be 100% motionless before a press command can be given. So if the bar touches the chest, but wobbles from side to side for a few seconds, the referee will wait for the bar to stop wobbling before giving the press command. Re watch the bench press and you'll see this. However, the judge giving the reds on squat depth.....

True, however traps are fast to get or at least was in my case, got em without even going for them. And as far as using PED's they tend to locate themselves in trap region and shoulders. You will see after roiding cycle very high increase in these regions, there was research on published in some magazines but im too tired to search it, google should help if you want to check it. Also im not criticizing Larry or saying Larry does use PED's. Anyway I had 3/4 of his traps in size but couldnt even get chest like that no matter what I tried. PS: Larry looks weird without glasses.

Larry; I'm not even two weeks into learning that you exist and let me tell you that you are a breath of fresh air. First and foremost as a father to two sons one of whom is just shy of your age I am proud of your work ethic, humility, focus, sportsmanship, etc, etc. I'm not sure if your long term goals mean that you consider yourself as a power-body-builder or if such a title even matters to you. I'm a huge fan aswome awesome awesome. Watching Larry has encouraged me to get back in the gym I was a powerlifter and bodybuilder in the early 90s now I'm 43 but watching this young man got me fired up. Play some tool in your back ground music next time.
