Majority of this show is made up lines they make up I the spot. Larry will present a topic situation, and they'll ad-lib most of it. The only people that have actual lines from a script are insignificant roles, such as waiters, receptionists, hostesses, cashiers, etc. as for the main characters, it's all ad-libbed. That's what makes this show legendary.

Part of what I love is that Susie flips the f#ck out to the 10th degree. She uses almost every expletive in the book and most of their interactions end with Susie kicking Larry out of her house. If you notice though, Larry is usually calm, shakes his head and is calm except for just a few times. And he never calls her the B or C word. He seems to take it on stride. To me showing how close the characters actually are.
