Not sure if the director/write reads these, but this was actually suprisingly great, it deserves a full length or multi-episode adaptation.

Guy with the beard is a total hoot. The whole thing is hilarious. In a good way.

Clive was my fucking favorite one out of all them haha if the guy who acted as him really played this game id play with him any day :D

Ugh, the main character is really annoying. _assuming_ that the girl likes him, pretending that LARP is _stupid_, not respecting the roleplay... I guess he's learnt his lesson by the end but I don't think he should've gotten the girl, not considering how rude he was. Maybe have her respect him a little instead, and have them become friends.

Haha, you sound so butthurt. That's how you court women; you assume they like you. That's how it is in every country that I know of. I'm sure it's the same in lesbian courting also. Women find confidence attractive in the majority of cases. I thought it was noteworthy that all 3 guys in the "party" were fairly hot (7-8/10), and the girl was only like a 4/10, yet they pretended she was attractive.

Ah, the memories. I was an extra in this movie, and you can see me at 15:23 to the left of the king. I was one of the LARPers brought in to be part of this movie, as our group meets in the next town over from Sarasota, Bradenton.

These guys are pros! Professional dorks are so much more entertaining than regular dorks.

LARP in the US looks so old shool. Like german LARP back in the 80s ^^ ...

really casual LARP ain't it. I've always wanted to try LARP but never could, didn't have the confidence to do it. one of my friends said there's one coming up soon and I'm joining him so I hope I have fun.

The guy dressed up in the Link costume at 1:08 cracked me up and I don't know why. Actually, now that I looked closer there's another person dressed up as Link in the background at the right at 1:20 ...in shades... and at 4:12...

Actually, there was only one dressed as Link, and that is from an extra that was cut from that scene.

I can't be the only one who's been looking for a good LARP movie/documentary ever since watching Darkon? GOTTA GET MAH FIX.

You dont need a movie if you play in the movie. Thats what LARP is all about.

I love this ! haha :) Very good camera and editing :) Also the story was really fun.

6:17 when the arrow hits him in the chest. That was the best thing I've seen today! Amazing job on this btw!

Originally it was meant to hit him in the face. They changed it to the chest when their archer could not hit that target.

None of them were real Larpers, and yes, none of them really did know what to do. I was the only real Larper in the extras and it was not pretty.

A really fun film, good work! Good script and I enjoyed the performances. Some noticeable sound problems particularly earlier on but I know from experience how hard it is to get good sound when you're on a budget.

Don't expect it to be like this. I was an extra, and they used every bad stereotype they could come up with for LARPING to make this movie. I am one of the extras that they brought in that has LARPing experience, and I could see all of them.
