You don’t need to be “sanctioned “, nobody was arrested. “Sanctioned” simply means getting a parade permit and you need that if you want the cops to do traffic control.

"unsanctioned" is what the media and politicians labelled it as. The people of Canada need no permission to assemble. Bike on, live on!
