    Your coolant flow was probably most to blame for that broken cutter. Need Thru Spindle Coolant. But that save though with the Wire machine. Is an excellent touch. That may as well be the original strategy for next time. Drill out any size hole so it exists, and then use the Wire to bring it to size. As for another idea. If that Wire machine was large enough. Is it feasible to cut that excess stock off, and bring it to a rough 'L' shape first? Instead of that side Op on the table? How long would that take?

    Super práce. Na to je radost se dívat, tím spíš že tam bylo i vyjiskření. Prostě normální den v životě frézaře. 😁 Jen dotaz, kolik hodin/minut frézování na tom teda nakonec bylo? Všechny polohy dohromady.

    In the beginning, its shown that the workpiece comes from a giant block which you cut the workpiece from. I wonder, couldn't the cut have been done in a waterjet cutter to save a lot of time and bunch of material and tool wear...?
