My neck keep hurting every single days also my back and my waists (specially my neck). If I don’t crack it I won’t feel good , even if I do it still hurts. I wasn’t like that before. I tried to crack my neck but still like my body is too hard lolll and I’m scared to let people crack my neck , don’t want it break😂😂

Great question! And maybe not the best word choice for our headline :) In this context, it meant we got to the root cause of what was causing his pain, which was nerve interference. We removed the interference, which allowed his body to function at optimal performance, resulting in a dramatic decrease in pain.
